I ordered through Uber eats .. all three burgers had specifically listed different toppings.. the flunky that made them was so dense that all three burgers got topped the same .. I go to Harvey's restaurants quite often for yummy burgers and poutine. But this location in South Keys stands out. I went there on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant is clean and organized. Plenty of seating. There were several customers ahead of me. The young lady at the counter was ... very quick, efficient and polite. She literally RUN between the ordering and garnish stations. The burgers here are just so good that it’s hard to stay away. I don’t know why this Harvey’s always fresh burgers fresh onion rings, never cold. Dependable food for sure. I have been to this franchise many times before and I always have liked the service. The food always meets my expectations. On my last visit I really felt that the staff on the shift were happy being there. They were laughing and were having pleasant discussions with each other ... while they were working. My pie was burnt to the point where the inside strawberry filling was black ash. I had to go back, they checked all the other strawberry pies, they were all like that. I've been going there for quite some time twice a week. I keep finding excuses to go ... there as a stop late at night. I'm out of excuses to go. The negative outweighs the option to go elsewhere. Even if the pie was good, it is ridiculously small now. They've really scaled back. "Hand spun shakes" is by a machine... Someone please explain that to me. There is always new staff at the till.
