Slow service. Food sat under a heat lamp that was off for at least 5 minutes. Burgers were warm not hot. Fries were soggy. Washrooms (both men and women) were filthy, strong urine smell when walking in and there was paper all over the floor. Saw one young lady mopping ... up a spill in the restaurant... other than that, we were very dissatisfied with our meal and experience. Read more
Very welcoming staff members! The store was very clean and organized when we walked in and the line went by quickly. The kids loved it, will be coming back!
Was greeted with patience by an employee while taking a look at the menu and never once rushed us. Shelly, the owner , built our burgers and was so kind and even let me try a sauce I was apprehensive about. She even brought our food to the table while ... waiting.
