Unlike other locations, you cannot use coupons from the HARVEYS app when ordering in person and they tell you to order on the app if you want the coupons. Website doesn’t have them either and directs you to the app for coupons. Very, very frustrating since other locations definitely accept ... app coupons. Staff was helpful in all other ways, but I was treating myself and some hungry kids and this ruined it for me. Doubt I’ll be back soon. Read more

I didn't note down the worker's name, but I was there on a Wednesday evening and he was super friendly and happy to engage with customers and his co-workers. Food-wise, I was quite full from the Angus combo that I had. Good value, especially with a coupon when ordering for two.

I strongly recommend that managers from all Harvey’s stores make a pilgrimage to this location to learn firsthand how to address the public with grace and serve them ... promptly. The meal I received was piping hot, a welcome departure from the lukewarm experiences I've had at other locations. Jenny, Nayeema, and Aguedo worked seamlessly to ensure I was served quickly, all while maintaining a warm and approachable demeanor. Kudos to the team for a job well done! Overall, my experience at Harvey’s on Carling Road was exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and efficiency.
