Five Guys - Ottawa, Ontario

I went to this Five Guys location many times, they are always so nice and the customer service is always amazing.. And the FOOD! Please try their milkshakes you will never want a milkshake anywhere else. Tonight we went in and were assisted by two girls, I forget their names, but ... they were so sweet and kind! Went here for the first time the other day and it was awesome! The burger was so fresh and delicious, as well as the huge helping of fries. The people working there are super kind and outgoing.

Pretty much what you would expect from Five Guys. Great burgers with a lot of options for toppings and yummy fries. The serving size of the fries seems to have gotten smaller. It's a good portion but it used to be a huge portion. Regardless, good food and ... service so we'll be back. Read more

Five Guys is a good fast casual burger restaurant. Burgers tasted good, a little on the greasy side which makes the bun a little soggy. Crispy fries were generous and seasoned well.

First time having Five Guys in around 5 years, and it's better than I remember. The beef is really good quality and the cheeseburger tasted amazing, even without any condiments. The beef and melty cheese just go so well together. It is a bit pricey at about $19 for a ... burger with fries, but at least know this is top quality burgers, and probably one of the best burger chains you'll find. It's better than any burger I've had in a sit-down place/bar/pub and better than any local joint I've been to in Ottawa. Definitely will come back before another 5 years :) Read more
