I don’t know if it’s just at this location but I feel like, over the years, the taste and quality of the ice cream has been steadily declining. I’ve only been once this summer, as their ice cream was not rich and creamy, but instead was bland, grainy and, as ... usual, way overpriced. I don’t mind paying more if the product is worth it, which isn’t the case here. Also, they’re only open seasonally and don’t offer the full savoury menu you can get at other locations. Read more

Like I've said in many of my earlier posts dairy Queen is always a favorite of mine. However this establishment has some work to do. They still won't let you in and they still take order from one side of the building to the other side of the building. It's good when ... you think about it however when it's pouring rain it's not that good. I've seen different establishments that found ways to keep customers happy and stay with the 2 m requirements that the government asks. Ice cream is refreshing and tasty. But service is very slow, so don't come to this location for a grab and go snack. Staff can be unpleasent and will often not know what I'm talking about, sometimes say that what I am requesting doesn't exist (even though I have been ... coming here and ordering it for 10+ years). Always worth the trip, but it seems only one staff member here (short, bespectacled, cool haircut) actually earns their money. I can imagine what it must feel like to work a rush with these folks and it's not fun. They always seem to run out of hot fudge (integral to ... any good DQ treat) while making my sundae - so I get to see the *bag* of chocolate, which isn't very appetizing.
