Service is always slow no matter how many people are in line or working. They ignore the mobile orders and make you wait twice as long. Do better.

Dear A&W, please train your staff to understand the coffee machine beeping means the coffee is expired and needs to be taken care of. Psychological beeping torture isn't something I signed up for evey morning shift. Sincerely, the entire food court workers.

I've always been a fan of A&W. I'd eat it everyday if i could!

Waiting in a huge lineup and they only have one register open. Have 30 minutes for my break and have spent 3/4 of it just standing in line. Please do better. Edit: Another week later and it's the EXACT same thing. Maybe add another cashier when your customers are literally waiting ... 20+ minutes just to ORDER and another 5-10 for food. Read more

I’ve generally been fan of A&W; their onion rings are a fast food staple, and the beyond burger has become a pillar of vegetarian food court dining. Unfortunately, this location has let me down twice. They serve their beyond burgers undercooked, with the texture of raw ground beef. The onion rings ... are also under cooked and doughy - almost raw, in fact - and under seasoned. Twice in a row I’ve had undercooked onion rings, and twice the staff have refused to do anything. I can’t even get a refund out of them. This is the closest location to where I live, but I won’t be returning. I might take a break from A&W altogether, frankly. My last two experiences have really let me down. Read more
