Always something broken. The older woman who works there is polite and professional. But the equipment is always broken every time we visit. Today, the fryer was out. Last time, sold out of onion rings. Very unreliable

I recently visited A&W at St Laurent Mall and ordered the Chicken BLT Burger, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to expectations. My order lacked tomatoes and bacon, leaving me with just lettuce on the burger. The patty was soggy in the middle and when craving the crunch of the ... burger leaves you disappointed add the staff's rudeness further dampened the experience, making it a very disappointing visit overall. If it was busy at the time I might have forgiven the visit yet I was the only only one in line at the time so its hard to excuse that behavior from an establishment that has served this mall for a while. I will be choosing another restaurant in that mall instead. Read more

Great place for a better quality fast food burger compared to other similar chain restaurants . I always go for the onion rings as they are very good and are of a higher quality then other fast food joints. They just recently started using paper straws with there drinks ... which is a nice to see on a environmental front . Read more
