Asked for a cup of water. I was overly hot that I eventually went to the hospital for heat stroke. All I asked for was a simple cup of water and they were wanting to charge me for the physical cup. I don’t have a quarter on ... me. I WAS IN NEED OF HELP AND KINDNESS. And Because of the manager and worker, I had a bad experience and my health was at risk . I am writing this now as I’m In The hospital waiting room. By the way , the hospital was kind enough to give me a cup of water and not charge me for a paper cup that’s being thrown in the garbage anyways . I was actively having heat stroke as this heartless manager denied me a simple cup of water. My health was more at risk just because you decided not to be kind. It’s a simple cup of water. I ordered the Beyond Meat Burger for lunch today. The burger patty had been sliced in half as you can tell from the thinness, and you can tell that they sliced it after cooking from the one-sided charred surface (shown in the drawing attached). I would have rather paid more ... for a burger with a full patty than have a burger with only half a patty. But then again why should I? It’s not like it’s cheaper than other burgers offered on the menu, and I don’t see other burger patties getting sliced in half. This is not okay. You are in the industry of feeding people. If you don’t care about what you are feeding people, then you really shouldn’t be in it. You can do better. Read more

Very unhappy with my meal. First, cashier had an bad attitude. A&W used to be good. I ordered onion rings and there was like 3, extremely salty and in pieces. My friends burger had like 20% of the bacon I had and the hard part of the lettuce, which was ... not appreciated. Read more

Speedy service and hot food. I recieved my order in around a minute and the food was hot!! I like their sweet potato fries and rootbeer but I'm not a fan of their cardboard straws as they lose form quickly. Pleasant first experience at this location.

Over the years, I’ve tried their sweet potato fries, regular fries, veggie burger deluxe, buddy burger, and chicken buddy burger and have never been disappointed. The space is always very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. Best customer service from any fast food place I’ve been to. Sure it’s a ... little bit more expensive than you might expect from a fast food restaurant, but it’s definitely better quality. The taste is fresher and the food actually looks like what is being advertised! Would come again. Read more
