Pita Pit - Ottawa, Ontario

The manager is the rudest I've ever seen. She is very unprofessional. She's very rude. I don't recommend anyone goint to the ogilvie location. If you want pita pit go to inness road instead. They are more courteous then this store. This store also overcharge I pay at that store 24.25 for ... my meal. And for the pita pit on inness rd is 22.00 for the same meal. The last time I was at that store. Pita bread for 1 from a rice bowl and they keep arguing. Staff called the manager she yells at me so I told her your not professional.. The staff are always making sure your meal is made exactly as you want it. The food items are fresh. The staff are amazing.

Excellent service and cleanliness. Without me asking, they asked if I was celiac or gluten-intolerant without exasperation or making me feel bad. Their gluten wrap was delicious toasted. Def recommend if you need a gluten free diet.

I went in store today to get a sandwich and the staff is amazing, all the ingredients were fresh and they make sure you get plenty in your order. The workers at this location were moving way too frantically and making mistakes which just take up more time. We were the only ones in there so not sure why they were trying to move so quickly. We ordered two pitas and a salad. The workers ripped the first two pitas ... on both and had to start a third one. The salad was to have no bacon and the worker put bacon on it and had to recook. This is hands down the worst location I’ve been to but otherwise I do love pita pit and I’ll still continue to go to them. Read more
