DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE TIME TO WASTE AND WANT TO BE LEFT ALONE AND NEVER CHECKED ON!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! We waited for 25min for our server to greet us and when she did it was "what can I get you". No hello sorry ... for the wait can I get you a drink. We ordered an appetizer and soup as well as our meal. We then waited another 40min for our food and never saw our server during this time. When our server did return we got our meal but no appetizers they were brought out 5 minutes later. Our server was always in a rush to return to the kitchen not to be seen again. We had to ask the hostess for our extra serving of all you can eat rib special. Our server came to the table after us speaking to the hostess to say "! put in for more ribs" then rushed back to the kitchen. The server never asked how our meal was, if we needed anything or wanted refills on our drinks. The last 3 times we have visited this location the service has been poor but this experience was by far the worst service that we have had. As a family of 4 we have enjoyed Swiss Chalet for many years, but in the past 1-2years this location has gone down hill and because of this we will not be returning. I would also not recommend this location to any of my friends/family. Our server was Sarina. I regularly order from this place. It's gone down hill. In my last 6 orders they have forgotten either a side or the sauce 3 out of the 6 times. If you don't ask for butter they don't give you any with the buns. If you get the 6 legs ... they are Dry as hell. Forgetting the sauce for my order doubles down on that. I forgot to add drinks to my delivery order. I called the store to see if I could just add $5 dollars to my order. After talking to 3 people later they had to cancel my entire order and resubmit it wich left a charge on my credit card for 3-5 business days instead of just handing the drive an extra $5. When it got here no surprise no sauce....again. I can't even be bothered to talk to another person from customer service it never improves. If I could give it 2.5 stars I would. Regulars at Swiss Chalet and very familiar with their ribs-it's the only thing we order. We went to the location in barrhaven and the half RIB serving size that came out was a complete rip off! The half ribs were tremendously small and the waitress proceeded to debate with us ... insisting we got the correct amount. Do yourself a favor. GO TO THE KANATA LOCATION where they actually serve you better and the right amount of what you order. Coleslaw was even half empty in the plastic container. Unacceptable. Read more

Had a really good time here with the family. Janet was our server and she was lovely! Very caring and friendly. The food was delicious and our picky toddler ate up her chicken pot pie. Service was rude overall bad experience. I ordered the wing dinner is was supposed to come with ranch dipping sauce but indidnt get it. The server didn't ask if everything was ok. Didn't offer refill for my drink
