Swiss Chalet - Ottawa, Ontario

We had a great experience at Swiss Chalet this evening. Faith provided exceptional service. We were particularly taken with the fact that she genuinely engaged in conversation with our 8 yr old. He, too, thoroughly enjoyed himself and this was in no small part because of Faith. The food was hot ... and delicious and we so appreciated that kids eat free on Wednesdays. We also appreciate the vegetarian options for our son. I gave 4 stars for atmosphere because I am not a fan of the fact that Swiss Chalet, like so many restaurants now, has added a TV to the dining room. I miss the days where dining out meant no screens. This is always an amazing Swiss Chalet. We have been coming for a couple years now. On Wednesdays kids under 10 eat free which is amazing for our 2 year old and 8 month old! The food is great, the staff is amazing, and even the customers I always find ... so friendly and welcoming even with my loud children! They have a treasure chest that they let my son pick out a treasure to bring home. Just absolutely phenomenal service always and we’re so grateful! Read more

A great healthy meal at amazing prices great value in today world. Swiss Chalet never disappoints Faith our server was amazing we will definitely be back again.

Enjoyed my first time dining at Swiss Chalet Orleans. We were seated immediately. Also, Faith is so nice. She made my experience good.

Quiet and calm atmosphere. Very clean. Food was excellent. I am vegetarian and had the veggie stir fry. There was more than only one option for vegetarians which was a pleasant surprise!
