Booster Juice - Ottawa, Ontario

Same as all the other booster juice franchises, quick shake or wrap.

Ordered a ginger hammer here and was sick right after. This is not typical to Booster Juice store though.

Service is very good. Been a customer for months and have never had a negative experience.

Great service, amazing staff. Always greet you with a smile and prepare your order promptly.

If you want friendly and fast service, avoid! Especially during lunch hour. This location is close to my work and I am a regular. Every time I go here I experience the same thing. Time to look for a new location. This location is always understaffed during peak hours - ... I've experienced up to 9 people waiting, slow service and staff that need to smile more often. I've made several contact attempts to whoever runs the Twitter account @BoosterJMarchRd and have informed them about the issue and that they need at least 2 people over the lunch period - no response. I've seen frustrated customers turn away and go right back out the door. I love my Booster juice but the unfriendly look on staffs faces and long wait (sometimes up to 12 min for a smoothie) is having me look for another location. Read more
