I don’t know what to say or where to start, Worst experience ever for me . My wife and I sat down around 9:50 They were a bit busy but it’s normal for a Friday night, We sat down on a table with glasses on from the recent ... clients Not a big deal , server cleaned the table and another one gave us menus and he was very nice , 20 minutes after and no one asked us for drinks or anything. and all 3 tables around us got served and got their drinks. A third employee showed up and asked us if someone took care of us and we said no , so he quickly grabbed drinks for us , Another 10 minutes employee #4 showed up to take the order and said to me ( I was send to here) so 4 Employees came to us in 45 minutes and no food been ordered yet!!!! I ordered Steak Salad and asked if i can add a steak so we can Share, The steak was sliced very thin and split into 2 plates ( I understand the size of the steak with a salad is small BUT NOT THAT SMALL) When we got the Salad the server asked us if we Eat Bacon Which is Very weird because there’s literally a pitcher of Beer in front of us !!!!! at the end i spoke with our server and she was trying to explain the situation but still a big question mark ❓. Our experience was a friends 50th. I had never been there before and was impressed by the look of the restaurant. I've been in the industry 42 years so I'm fairly blunt about eateries. This place was almost void of personality. The general feel was one of disorganization. We had a ... good time but we won't be back. I spent $100. My professional opinion, if you have $100 of disposable income.... spend it elsewhere. Read more

Not a bad place to grab a bite to eat. Went for a friend's promotion party and we enjoyed ourselves. I find the Spinach dip is good, but you can tell it isn't made in house - the way it is cooked leads to a lot of clumping, thickness, and not ... enough product. Overall I think it's a solid place to grab a beer, have some laughs, and enjoy some pub food. Read more

Ordered a Poutine on the phone for pick up. It was 16.50 after taxes but thats not the worst part. We paid for xtra cheese and it didn’t have the extra cheese. But wait it still isn’t the worst part! The box was pretty much empty. Barely any fries ... barely any cheese and gravy. What a bunch of scammers. Almost 17 dollars for this! Why are we letting these thieves get away with this ? Read more

I thought I’d treat myself to a buffalo chicken wrap for a takeout lunch on my birthday (which I’ve had before at one of the downtown locations and was good). Came home and started eating it only to find that this wrap was ALL lettuce. There was maybe half a chicken ... fillet, deceptively chopped up into tiny pieces in the entire wrap. What an utter disappointment it is to pay $22 for a lettuce and bread wrap, I felt completely scammed and will never give this place any money ever again. I understand that inflation has been hard on businesses but that doesn’t give anyone an excuse to scam their customers. I honestly would have preferred to pay more than $22 for an actual chicken wrap than pay $22 for lettuce and bread and still be hungry and upset after. Total garbage. EDIT: In response to the reply I received on this review - I confirm this was from the Hunt Club location and the prepackaged sauce was buffalo sauce I had in my fridge. Read more
