June 25, 2024, 12:30 pm. My niece and I ordered the nachos - she ordered chicken, I ordered beef. We barely ate them because they did not taste good at all. My niece felt unwell after. The waitress asked us how the meal was and we ... told her. Her name is Denise. She said she would speak to the Manager. We received our bills with 0 discount and 0 apologies for the bad nachos. Worse nachos I've ever tasted. The wine is like 6 oz for $12. The only good thing was my dessert (Maple Walnut Cheesecake). My niece said she won't be returning here anymore. I brought my niece and her husband for lunch he ordered fish and chips which came out looking quite burnt. He returned them and the second order was no better if not worse. By then we were close to being finished so he ordered a hamburger which took forever. The ... server we had would forget to bring items we asked for and the one server who took away the fish order said maybe you should try it even though it looked burnt. That was my first visit to your restaurant and it will be awhile before I think of returning or even recommending it. Extremely poor service when we went for lunch. Asked multiple waitresses for a glass of water but never received it even though the restaurant was empty and waitresses were not busy. Waitresses were also extremely rude and charged us additional fee for gluten free bread for an appetizer while the ... menu nor our waitress mentioned the additional fee prior to ordering. Would highly suggest skipping this restaurant for Kelly’s landing down the road. You will find much better atmosphere and service at a fraction of the price at Kelly’s landing as opposed to the Swan. There was a bit of a wait after we were seated, but afterward, Jeremy was very amiable & knowledgeable with first-rate service! Meals were of good quantity & tasty. Spouse found her cranberry sangria a bit pricey. PS even though there's a Lift, perhaps a wheelchair ramp for accessibility.

This is my first time visiting this place. The place is nice & cozy! The service is fast, we were seated in less than a minute. The outdoor patio was closed but the seating indoors has a nice vibe too & it's wide open so you can see the outside view. Ordered ... delicious appetizers, chicken wings & fried shrimp & calamari, also fried lemon which was very interesting! I actually loved it. Calamari was cooked to perfection. Ordered 2 main dishes, Steak & fries which was a bit disappointing, we asked for meduim rare & it came well done. We also had steak fajita, I loved the flavors, but the steak was chewy.
