I had the turkey steak hot sub. Was no steak, just a little roast beef and some turkey deli slices. Was a very sad and expensive sandwich. $16 after tax for less than a dollar of product. I always enjoy have been for years. But This time the waitress wasn't doing her job very good and the food took long. It never happened before. And a lot of people just drinking and hugging the waitress

Wow, I took the sensation pepperoni foot long at 16.93$ and I got 6 pieces of pepperoni and old lettuce. Never again

Used to love this place, the last Fat Alberts in Ottawa. Today I got 2 subs, one was good but the other was questionable! Passionate Pepperoni sub had white funny tasting pepperoni? I think they ran out of meat and used old stuff? Sadly I won’t be going back

After asking about their Chili Poutine, the chef assured me that’s it’s big enough for a meal and for 17$ it was the smallest poutine I’ve ever received. McDonald’s is even bigger and at a fraction of the cost. I feel scammed. Never again! Don’t go here
