Was worried after reading the reviews but was very pleasantly surprised. Our server Patrick was very friendly and helpful, he had us laughing the entire time. We both got burgers and fries - burger was so juicy and the meal hit the spot. Prices what you’d expect at an airport. ... You can request physical menus as well. YIKES! 😳 stay away! They’ve implemented a QR food ordering system and I’ve officially vowed to stay away from these (also bad experience at Big Rig a couple months ago). I’ll cut the details and let you know you need to pay in advance a lot of money for minimal ... or not even edible food. We almost had to walk out having paid an outrageous amount as our flight was boarding. My colleague went to the gate and I anxiously waited for them to bag up the food. I then had to run to the gate. We opened our meals on the plane and immediately my colleague shut his and put it back under the seat. He figured the fish was cooked yesterday. I ordered nachos and added chicken and guacamole and as I’m sure you can guess there was no chicken or guacamole that I paid too much for with my nachos. Plus the chips were stale and the cheese cold. Learn from my mistake and grab a damn smoothie instead from Booster Juice if ever at the Ottawa Airport. Read more

Without a doubt, the worst nachos I have hag the displeasure to snack on. One would think a $20+ plate might have something of substance...this, two beer and 50 bucks wasted.

The food was ok. It's hard to screw up fries and a grilled chicken sandwich. Was the food something I will remember and have to have again. Nope. It was not memorable in the least. The fries were over done so several of the snake fries were not eaten as they ... were hard like logs. The sandwich was average and given their price point, I did expect more. Was I disappointed? You betcha. I could have eaten at Tim's for a fraction of the price and receive a comparable sandwich. Read more
