Booked a 400 level suite with friends for Snoop Dogg. We were apparently above the sound system and could only hear base for all of the performers including Snoop I had expected screens at this level and maybe more sound. I wear hearing aids and thought it was just me but ... my friends with normal hearing struggled as well. Decent atmosphere, large venue for concert, events and sports. The area is massive with 4 different seating level. Well maintained, clean and super functional. There are bars, lounges, food courts, merch stores and shops on site. ♿ Accessible entrance, auditorium restrooms and parking The parking rate was quite steep at c$40. However ... the place is well secured with security and functions CCTVs. The venue is very easily accessible. During peak periods, the traffic on and out of this venue is a lot. Great venue. Beautiful and a very well lit arena. Basketball games / family and comedy shows are absolutely an electrifying experience. The light and sound in the arena is fantastic but it would be nice to have more comfortable seating. With descent eating options available it’s good enough not to keep you ... hungry during an event. Shout out for the cool ushers who are always there to guide spectators to their seating location. The key highlight, there’s lots of parking and the lot numbers are in sequence based on the distance from the arena. Read more

We were there for a Sens game and the venue is good. It can be crowded, particularly between periods and at the end when everyone is trying to leave. The paying for parking has changed, you need to download an app and register the car's license plate I'd recommend getting ... the app before going if you are planning on parking there. There is lots of parking and a lot of places run shuttle buses to events. It would be nice if the train ran right to the CTC, that would help with the traffic before and after. Maybe in the future. This was my wife's 1st NHL game, and she loved it. All the other games I've been to have been just as great. It was an amazing game, and the crowd was perfect (everyone was singing, ect). We'll be back again soon, and I'd recommend it to everyone 💯.
