I LOVE this place, however I am a little disappointed that after making the drive from all the way from Toronto, the store was closed..... even though the hours posted on Google said it was open. We came up for the July long weekend and stayed until Tuesday, because it ... said the store would be open. However when we arrived Tuesday morning, there was a note on the door saying it was open, but on Wednesday. It would really be appreciated if you could update your hours on Google for us out-of-towners who make special trips just to go to your store. Read more

I have been to Voila several times over the past year following some negative gluten-free bakery experiences in the past. I have never once been disappointed by the food here. All the baked goods are incredible, and the service is amazing. For my birthday in March, I got a cake ... made, and my whole family, who aren't gluten-free, thoroughly enjoyed the cake and wouldn't have even believed it was gluten free had we not told them. My husband also regularly gets items when we go because he finds them delicious even though there is no gluten in them. I am very appreciative that Voila exists! Read more

First visit on Friday did not disappoint. Needed some post competition treats (Ottawa Naturals) and Voila Gluten Free Bakeree was exactly what I was looking for. Picked up cookies, brownie, pop tarts, baguette, black forest cupcakes and cheese bread. Cookies were the perfect post show treat after a long day on stage and ... the remaining items have been so good ever since. Can't wait to get back to Ottawa and buy again. Read more

The sweets are very good! The blueberry cheesecake is awesome! But the most important thing no matter how good the food is, customer service :) Welcoming, not-rude and non-condescending approach to a customer is very much appreciated. Their gluten-free food, baked goods and pies are amazing and the staff recognize you. For me they know my allergies and make sure to take that into account and always have lots of delicious treats and food, even spring rolls! Following the COVID rules set out by the government of Ontario, ... while still maintaining their wonderful atmosphere. They even have paper menu copies you can pick up in store! Best gluten-free bakery in Ottawa. Wonderful prices as well, fresh food, and it’s usually equal or cheaper than the grocery store foods. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ They even ask about your pets health, since there’s a vet in the same plaza.
