What an amazing spot to have a quick bite to eat. So much great things to say about this spot, it was my first time trying it and the bagel I had was a BLT on a Herb&Cheese. The bagel came toasted with butter, was perfectly warm and didn’t even need ... the sauce as the taste of the bagel really added to flavour of the sandwich. The customer service is great as well, they brought my sandwich to the table, helped me through the ordering process as it was my first time and I can also add that a rude customer came in and the nice lady up front was able to handle the situation with excellent customer service and ease. 10/10 would definitely come back to this place and highly recommend it. The bagels are amazing but this review is specifically about the customer service. I went in first thing in the morning on a Sunday and the staff was very pleasant, all smiling and most importantly, accommodating. I had failed to mention an allergy and only noticed during the preparation that ... it was added to my breakfast sandwich. They did not hesitate to make me a new one and even gave me the other sandwich, which I gave to my partner. I definitely will return for the great food, service and awesome staff. Cheers! Read more

I ordered the everything bagel with the garlic&herb cream cheese, and the poppy bagel with smoked salmon, they were both amazing I would definitely redo! 100% recommend! It’s delicious and client experience was excellent!

Huge fan of their store-made cream cheese, especially the herb & garlic! Simply delicious! And it's a nice touch that they included a branded cream cheese with every half dozen bagels. Mornings tend to be busy so I prefer going in the afternoon when I can!

Decided to try this bagel shop today. I was pleasantly surprised to find a picture menu on the wall. Great idea ! I got a vegetarian bagel. The bagel itself was small but lots of flavor. I got the onion bagel with bacon chive cream cheese. The cream cheese was ... super delicious and lettuce,tomato and cucumber was fresh ! The reason why i gave 3 stars is the staff! I had a young woman who barely spoke to me when i walked in, no smile. When i was trying to decide which cream cheese to choose she just pointed at a sign. No suggestions, no words . Then she took about 10minutes to toast the bag. Bagel turned out a little burnt for my taste. When i paid, again, no smile, no goodbyes.
