Wing Hing Chinese food restaurant is a true treasure. The owners are compassionate and always happy to cater to our vegetarian needs. The Szechuan dish is particularly delightful, with a generous portion of cashews and the impeccable ginger sauce dishes are a must. We can't get enough of this combination - ... the flavors complement each other perfectly. The tofu is cooked to perfection - chewy, juicy, and never greasy or overcooked. We keep returning to Wing Hing because they consistently exceed our expectations for Chinese food. They have redefined what we thought was possible in this often oversaturated and highly Americanized cuisine. Don't let the poor reviews from college students deter you - Wing Hing has been in dedicated business for over 20 years and deserves all the credit. The portion sizes are generous and the flavors are always on point. We highly recommend Wing Hing for a delicious and satisfying meal. Five stars!
