Sushi Kan - Ottawa, Ontario

As a vegan, it was difficult to know what was "safe" to order. They don't have icons (V or V+ for example) or list what comes in/ with the dishes most of the time. They also didn't have a dedicated vegetarian/ vegan section. This would be super useful for the ... future, if they ever decide to update their menu. The tempura contains eggs, and none of the deserts were vegan friendly. Other than that, the food was good. The sushi rolls we ordered were fresh, and you could tell they were just made. Not knowing exactly what was in everything, we took chances and ordered what looked vegan. If you're super strict, you might have to ask the server and confirm on everything. The food tasted really great for all you can eat. Definitely one of the better locations in Ottawa. The food arrived quickly after ordering, and we were served by a robot cat waiter which was an interesting experience. Definitely will be coming back.

Sushi was great, and overall, it was excellent. Can't wait to try other sushis. Sweet and sour sauce for the chicken balls could be better

Good selection of all-you-can-eat sushi at a reasonable price. They also have quite a few stir fry items, appetizers and udon in their ayce menu. Only downside is the limited seating time of 2hrs.
