It's decent, but I do find that the Honey Garlic Chicken and General Tao Chicken are overcooked, rough in texture from time to time. Customer service is good, never had any issues during my visits.

I Went to this location and was very unimpressed with the customer service, I was served by a tall man with purple long hair and glasses. He was very dismissive throughout the whole transaction, didn’t even ask me what drink I wanted and just proceeded to pour me ice tea. ... When my friend asked him for condiments he was also very rude and only gave us one and said that was the policy. Shanghai 360 is located inside the Rideau Centre food court. The service was quick and the servers answered my questions about the Dim Sun plate. That ended up being more food than I expected.
