A real classic chip truck with a few surprises. Amazing and fast service. Good tasting poutines with no shortage of cheese and a classic savory gravy. Burgers are great too. Try the churros if you have the stomach space ;)
Matt and Jess are as awesome as the food they serve up. Highly recommend taking a trip out to see them for some excellent fare prepared with care. p.s. If you wondering what to order, you can't go wrong with a Bad Boy Burger and a poutine; my favouritz.
Just move to Orleans recently and went to the chip wagon. The great selection of different interesting and out of the ordinary (for a Chip wagon) foods. Overall the food was quite good, the poutine was very good. French fries did taste like they may have been ... originally Frozen instead of freshly cut. It's a small menu but a delicious one. The owner is friendly and professional. Cash and credit are accepted using Square. Prices are reasonable. There's a few picnic tables for "dine in" but most people pick up and take home. Everything is made to order, so you'll wait a little bit for ... your meal. A great little spot, worth checking out.
