Honestly the nasties fries I’ve ever had. Most of them were soggy. They forgot 2 of my toppings, but I decided not to say anything because the tall white girl was so rude to me when giving my friend and I our food. Delicious ! But at least four other customers in line including myself couldn't get their Fry Society barcodes scanned . Seems the barcode reader there is faulty.

I love new york fries and have eaten at every location in ottawa over the past years. I go 3-4 times a month and today i had the best fries from any location EVER. Horrible fires were hard and stale, no gravy or sauce cold cheese curds nothing was hot had to go back and was told I had to pay for gravy!!!? $15 fries and if you want gravy it's an extra $1.50 to make your fries soft to be honest worst poutine ... in Ottawa.... Read more

It’s located inside Carlingwood mall. I decided to order The Works fries! They were delicious! The cashier gave me a lot of fries! Yeah! It wasn’t that busy when I went. I haven’t been there in years! Great atmosphere! Cashier was very friendly.
