Everytime I visit this location, I'm always greeted with respect, the workers are polite and the food portion is always satisfying.

New York Fries is one of my favourite places to eat, whether it’s here downtown or at any other mall! The servers are always so nice and welcoming, and the poutines never disappoint. When I first walked up and there was only 1 person behind the counter I cringed expecting to wait forever. But whoever was working Thursday sept 1 2022 was incredible! The front counter lady and her teammates in the back worked SO efficiently but also I’m a calm and organized ... way. The work station was immaculately clean and they processed a line of like 6 customers very quickly without “rushing” us. My fries arrived piping hot and delicious. Honestly super impressed. 5+ stars for sure. Read more
