Creepy Indian immigrant male employee. Charged me for the wrong item, I took it anyways, cost $11, paid with a $20 bill. Tried to just plainly hand me the receipt, and when I looked at him weird, he said “oh, did you want the change?”. Since when was it normal ... to just boldly try to pocket a customer’s change as a tip? Overall terrible experience. We made a basic order online, and it said it would be ready in 15 minutes. However, we arrived and waited an hour in total. Eventually, after half an hour, we asked what was going on as there seemed to be 10 employees standing around in the ... back with no food coming out. Turns out the staff was being trained at 6 PM on a Friday. Not sure why they thought that was good timing. In the end, the chicken was dry. Will not be back. Read more

First time at this KFC location, the food was astonishingly worse than other locations. The chicken tasted much more dry, and much less flavourful.

Horrible experience, this place should be closed. Chicken and fries were utter trash. Never spending a dime at this place ever again.
