Definitely get the brisket. Tender and flavourful. $23 for a decent portion and a side. The ribs were not it. Underseasoned and not fall off the bones. I definitely drowned them in BBQ sauce. Service was nice. The restaurant has a nice rustic charm to it.

Food: 6.5/10 Pork Ribs definitely weren't falling off the bones. It was very chewy and the mid was missing some sauce. Brisket was very tender and juicy, but the sweetness was very intense. This can be a personal preference, but I didn't like the bbq sauce on it. It was too much ... sweet. Pulled pork was ok. No problems at all. Mac n cheese was good also. First time here, came for dinner. Only a handful of places that serve BBQ in Ottawa and this one took the crown for me. I was here for the double, got brisket and ribs. Got an appropriate amount of each meat, and a healthy portion of mac and cheese. ... Ordered the coleslaw as well. Wasn't busy so I didn't wait long, so everything was hot and fresh. Brisket was tender with a slight tug, good fat to meat ratio, fat was melt in your mouth. Ribs were pleasantly meaty, nice bark on them, nice amount of their in house BBQ sauce too.
