Boston Pizza - Ottawa, Ontario

Props to all of the staff who were hustling and bustling tonight! Had a Berry delicious dinner and the beer was nice and chillllllll on such a hot day! Special shout out to the bartenders putting in that work: Mel; Kayla; Teri; Alex; Andrew. Stay chill BP!

Wow, pretty amazed with the menu, by far, the very best pizza in town. The greeting staff, the servers are always smiling providing services in English or French. Definitely highly recommended during sport events.

Server was absent throughout the dining experience. I had the wings and needed napkins - Had to go to the other table and undo the wrapped cutlery just to get the napkin. Asked for water upon arrival (2 people) received one glass with the meal. Needed a ... "to-go" box for leftover pizza, napkins and water but no server came. Finally when we stood up and looked around - the manager came and got the server to come shortly after.. The 5% tip was more than I should have given. Ordered a 70$ delivery order, and they brought half of it. I generously tipped the gentleman before seeing that they entirely forgot my pizza (LOL) then the guy argued with me that I didn’t order a pizza. I had to show him the pizza on the receipt, then his excuse ... was that they just throw him out for delivery orders without checking what he's actually delivering? The service was horrible. Had this one server named Alex I’m pretty sure her name was. She was rude to us everytime she came over (which wasn’t very often), but cheerful the both tables around us. She kept walking by us and didn’t check up on us. She seemed annoyed ... to be at our table. And we were sitting waiting for our drink order to be taken for 12-15 minutes.
