The service was excellent. Attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I was very pleased by the service. However, the food left much to be desired. I had the salmon salad. The salad dressing was fine, but the salmon was dry and overcooked. I also had a Chardonnay, which was lovely ... and the pour was generous. The Parmesan cracker that came with the salad was an interesting and very nice touch. Read more
Beautiful restaurant with extremely friendly & attentive staff, Manager was checking in on tables. Which we thought was exceptional. French onion soup was extremely tasty but really salty. Calamari was very good. Beef dip sandwich was quality but on the salty side. My partner found the burger acceptable but not ... memorable. A true 4/5. Read more
A great atmosphere, fast service, and a delicious spread of menu options. Wasn’t too sure what I wanted but got started with the french onion soup. Needless to say, it got my appetite going and had be scraping the bottom of the bowl for more. Surprisingly after having french onion ... soup at nearly every restaurant I went to in town, this one was my favourite. The perfect consistency, flavour, amount of cheesy goodness, and piping hot — as I like it. Food was delicious, the burger was good and had a salad the next time and both were great. Surprisingly, I took the bar seat the second time because they were packed and enjoyed the chit chat and attention better than sitting at a table by my self. Kudos to the manager too for coming over and checking on me and some others at the bar, and taking my already great experience to the next level. Read more
This place is a good, chic lunch (more on the expensive side) spot. Inside is beautiful or has a nice outdoor seating area on the roof that was lovely. Had a business meeting here. The food quality was excellent. The tomato soup was amazing. French onion soup is really filling. The salmon was tasty. Lamb balls were nice too. Overall a great experience!
