I came here with my parents while they were in town and wow! It was a phenomenal experience. Our waitress gave us excellent recommendations for starters. I need to know what the chef put in the dressing because the asparagus salad was delicious. And the octopus was incredible!!! All of ... the sea food was incredibly fresh and the flavors were super well balanced. My fish came with a sweet potato purée which was almost velvet-y it was so smooth. One of the best restaurants in Montreal. Whenever friends are visiting from out of town, i would always bring them to Helena! They love it! Great food and ambiance. We tried their tasting menu and was excellent.

Simply amazing. The food was A1 and we decided to have the tasting menu and we’re pleasantly surprised. Can’t wait to return and can easily say that it has earned a spot in my top 3 best high-end restaurants!

Friendly staff and great atmosphere. We let the staff choose the dishes and they always bring such great choices. I’ve been here a few times and have always left completely in love with the restaurant.
