One of our best meals of our three weeks in Quebec was a duck sandwich with salad sides from Muffin Plus. We got the duck sandwich to go and shared it for a satisfying lunch at Mont Royal Park. A great spot to grab a quick bite to eat. I was in Montreal back in November and I went here most of my days for breakfast! Best muffins in the old port. Chocolate and banana or chocolate and pear are my favourite. Vege paté wrap with brocoli salad and chickpea salad was worth it! Coleslaw is also a good choice.

A lovely little restaurant in World Trade Centre Montreal where you can get a quick healthy meal with choice of sandwich, soup and salad. They make very good salad. At lunch time, there is line up but service is quick. Staff is friendly.
