Please don't go here for tacos! I've had my fair share of tacos and these were really not good and extremely pricey! For our appetizer, we got the spicy crab guacamole...it was so-so; there was way too much mayo and pineapple. For our meal, we got 3 types of tacos. The ... 1st one we got were the lamb chops tacos..the lamb was not bad but it was covered with black beans...also, the overall flavour of everything combined just didn't work well together. We also tried their Rock lobster tail taco...little pieces of lobster (kinda expected)...but the worst part is adding tons of pineapple and kale to the mix...the pineapple completely over powers the taste of the lobster and the bitter taste of the kale makes the whole flavour combination very weird. Finally, the fish tacos, where do I begin. These were probably the worst out of the 3. First of all, the fish looked like it came from a frozen box of fish fillets and when we bit into it, it was quite dry. It was also extremely spicy so if you can't take spice, don't think about getting this! But the worst part of all was the lettuce they sprinkled on top, it tasted VERY old...kinda like the pre-cut lettuce you get at Subway. Overall, we were EXTREMELY disappointed at their food so we are very surprised to see all the good reviews they got. If you want good tacos, there's plenty of places in Montreal for that ...definitely not worth spending your money here! (P.S. we spent a crazy $100 for this meal!!) Read more
