We went to this place only because Le Cartet was jam pack and the lineup outside (waiting) was, very very long! Plus the terrace is nice and not that much of people. I thought hey what the heck let's try this out. Anyways, service was very long, the food was ordinary, ... sausage was... I do t know what it was and it's I bit too pricy for what it is! I do t mind paying as long as its good! Let me tell you that I am not that picky at all!! It took roughly 35 min to served and still some stuff was missing e.g our toasts/fruits!!! Food was ok. Very eclectic mix of foods. Caffe Latte was very good although a bit cooler than it should be. Service was excellent. Quick, friendly, helpful. A great place to take a date since it is quieter than most. A bit in the pricey side. We went for Sunday ... brunch. Read more

We tried the salad and poutine. They were great! Very kind and helpfull waitresses. On the night we dined here (wednesday) a dj was playing. The place felt like a really hip one. Would visit again!

I know this place very well. I go often at lunch time (Close to my office), for social and business reason. I only have been once the evening. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Maybe a bit too relax. At lunch time, I have always been pleased! Food is good, Quality ... and preparation is neat. Portion are not specially generous, but are perfectly correct for lunch (and for me). Place is usually quiet, so a good place for a business lunch. Price is also correct (around 25$ for the Table d'Hôte. At evening (only one experience), I have been disappointed. The menu is also quite expensive, and the quality of my order was not exceptional. I'm torn. The food is really good. The décor is perfect. But this just isn't my vibe. It felt like an upscale restaurant trying to play it cool. I just didn't feel in my element eating there.
