We had a wonderful lunch here, everyone is friendly and accommodating. The food was great, we were treated very well by Zack and Lena! Next time in Montreal, we will visit again!

We stopped here for a coffee on the terrace in the sun, but then had a very nice breakfast. The staff were very friendly and the food was very good. So why only 4 stars? When we arrived at about 10.45, we asked if we could have coffee, and the waiter hesitated ... before saying yes and then giving us a lunch menu each. It was only when we looked at other tables we saw that they had a smaller menu. So we asked what they were, and we were told they were breakfast menus. Exceptional Service and Fresh Food at Maggie Oakes! This was our second visit to Maggie Oakes (426 Pl. Jacques-Cartier, Montréal), and it happened to be on our anniversary! We didn't make a reservation, but the staff were accommodating and welcoming. The food was incredibly fresh and delicious! The service was attentive, prompt, ... and went above and beyond. One memorable moment that stood out was when we accidentally dropped a spoon, and a staff member (unfortunately, I didn't catch his name) quickly replaced it for us from a distance. What impressed us even more was that he said, "I heard you from afar and knew you'd need a new one!" This small gesture speaks volumes about the exceptional service at Maggie Oakes. We have visited this restaurant several times, and our first experience was truly memorable. It was a delightful occasion as we celebrated a special two-person dinner. The food was exceptionally delicious, and the ambiance was unique and charming. I highly recommend.
