Vallier - Old Montréal, Quebec

One of the best bistro’s in the town! Right from their food to service and atmosphere, everything was spot on! Lovely service by the entire staff and thanks Romain for the suggestions and help :) A must visit place for a surreal dining experience. Do try out the Vallier burger!

We dropped by for light fare after touring the city. The waitstaff was courteous and efficient. Our drinks were tasty and the meat plate was exceptionally good.

Very good restaurant in downtown Montreal. Has a simple and nice menu that won't shock anyone but is well prepared and tasty. It can be a little noisy if you're trying to talk to colleagues, but that's expected in a noisy restaurant.

The mushroom toast was so good. It was mushrooms in a rich creamy savory sauce over some killer toast. I wanted to lick the plate the sauce was so good. The calamari was also good too, not rubbery.
