I recently dined at Chop Steakhouse and had a fantastic experience. Our waiter, Sam, was exceptional. The food was delicious and prepared quickly, exceeding our expectations. The food exceeded expectations. We stated off with French onion soup which was okay but the steaks were so good that they made up for everything! The price is also quite reasonable. Slow cooked prime rib was fantastic and so was the rib eye. The baked potato on the side ... is also good. I would skip the soup. Read more

Everything was amazing. The only thing I missed was some kind of sauce or gravy with the steak. Because, steaks are itself towards dry texture and sauce would have balanced it. Thank you Emily for providing us the best experience on our special occasion.

Sam the bartender made it a great experience here on a random Wednesday night - ask for her, for sure! I stopped in on a Wednesday night in April of 2024 and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful atmosphere in the lounge area. The happy hour menu helped me make a few decisions ... for food and all the drinks were expertly prepared and really tasted great. I went with my family on Saturday night for dinner. There was in place something called The Taste of Oakville, which goes from March 1st to 10th and has a three course meal for a fixed price and there is a good number of participating restaurants. Something I liked was the ... noise level, which was very low considering the amount of people at that time. The service was very good. Our waitress, Greg, was very friendly and attentive. We all took the fixed price meal. The soup was very good and the steaks came all cooked to the level we asked. In general was a good experience and will come back to try different plates. A suggestion I have is to increase a bit the light as it is somehow difficult to read the menu. We had to use the flashlight of the cellphone to be able to read it. Read more
