Lovely restaurant, always booked. So make a reservation at least a week in advance, further ahead for large groups and special occasions. Went on Father's day. Service was friendly and attentive. Ambience is lovely. There is also an outdoor patio. Ordered 2 lobster bisque, made just right, creamy ... and delicious. Ordered 4 pieces of bruschetta and a Ceasars salad. Both were made well and gobbled up. Ordered a father's day fish special, and it was cooked perfectly with a delicious and crispy skin and soft tender meat. Husband and daughter shared a tagliatelle alla bolognese. Husband said it was tangy and meaty, a winning combination! Also ordered a New york steak, cooked medium. The steak was cooked medium, was flavorful and tender. There was also small bread on the house. Family of 4, total $200 bwfore tips. We did not get dessert as we were quite full. Was a wonderful dinner. It was a little loud but I know it isn't under control of staff. We ere there on a Saturday at 5pm. Party of 10. Service was amazing. Our server was a delightful lady who was informative and friendly and accommodating of my severe allergies. Food ... all came out together and was hot and tasty. Having a father who worked as a GM and CEO in the hospitality industry for my entire life, I grew up in hotels, resorts and restaurants and am picky. Overall, the food and service at the restaurant was great. The crab cakes and the mussels exceeded my expectations. I wasn't to keen on the veal marsala but everything else was great. The baked apple tart is a 10/10 and a must have.

It was an impromptu last minute visit and we were able to get a high top in the bar areas on a busy Saturday night. Food was fabulous, staff were impressive and atmosphere was very inviting. You can tell this is a favourite spot for many diners. ... It looked at times like a family gathering. Impressive wine and cocktail list. Our server was attentive without being intrusive. I had the smoked salmon starter and angel hair pasta with grilled tiger shrimp. Both were delicious. My partner had minestrone soup and the mixed grail, done to perfection. By far one of the best Italian restaurants I have ever been to. Food is incredible and they have a lovely drink selection too. Our waiter was very friendly and accommodating giving us all the specials for the night as well as his recommendations. We started with the charcuterie board ... which was quite large and well worth the price. I had the butternut squash ravioli and my husband had surf and turf and both tasted excellent. It was our anniversary so the waiter brought us a dessert on the house which we also loved. Busy restaurant so id recommend making reservations! Read more
