Pizza Nova - Oakville, Ontario

Pizza is very nice but the people who are taking phone orders and who are doing a delivery are just not paying enough attention. Almost always when I order a custom pizza I get something I did not order. The last example is: I ordered pizza with tin crust, ... extra mushrooms, extra cheese and black olives. I have my order with details on the receipt, but got the pizza with chicken and paprika with no mushrooms. Very disappointed. Only when I go in person and order pizza I get what I asked for. I got the cheese pizza party sized for a birthday party. I added cheddar and it was amazing! On time, fresh and delicious. The price was pretty on point too. Got 2 pizzas.

Great experience at this location- very clean, pizza was perfect and the staff helpful and kind. We ate at another Pizza Nova location in Mississauga and our order was terrible - this location more than made up for it. Keep up the great work. Love It! Since Many Years We Buy Pizza At This Location. What I like the most is their crust and gives the olive oil bottke to add in the pizza if you like.

Excellent friendly service. Staff helped us save some money as well since we had a very large order. Pizza tasted great.
