Four Brothers Pizza - Oakville, Ontario

After seeing some good reviews, we thought we would try out Four Brothers Pizza. Service was good and the pizza was ready on time. The pizza was ok overall, the toppings were a good amount, however tasted cheap and not fresh. The cheese was ok, and plenty. The sauce lacked ... flavour and there was not much on the pizza. The crust was dry and spongy at the edges. Could use a bit more salt in the dough. We did order the pizza skulls as well and they were actually very good. Crispy and full of cheese and sauce. I ordered 5 extra large pizzas for a group on short notice. They were done ahead of time, hot and ready to go. Staff were friendly. I’ll definitely be going back

I received a not-hot pizza that I had to reheat upon coming home I ordered online at 508pm , and was told my order would be ready by 530pm. I arrived at the store at 525pm and at 533pm was told it would just be another few minutes - no problem. I was ... then made to wait till 602pm before I personally requested my pizza to be handed to me. Standing next to the front counter for 15-20 minutes, I was passed over by as other guests received their pizza, my pizza being ignored and sitting idle on the side. Even after notifying the owners that I was ignored and made to wait an extra 20 minutes, going home with a cold pizza, they showed no care outside of a shoulder shrug. I stopped by to try the pizza and it was addictive and delicious. The garlic bread with cheese was great. The pizza swirls with cheese and bacon were addictive. The cheese pizza skulls were good too. There was a steady stream of customers. They were a ... bit slow but quality takes time and the pizza skulls and swirls take more time than pizza. Excellent quality food and good service. Pizzas are made with very fresh ingredients and a fluffy, crispy dough that sets this place apart from other pizza spots. Orders are prepared quickly, delivery time is short, and the staff is friendly. The dine-in area is very comfortable and homey, and the ... shop is very clean and well kept. There are very few instances where Four Brothers falls short, however their busy traffic can sometimes mean longer waits. Definitely the best quality pizza in the area.
