Food is great..! Service not at all good as 3 4 people are just in the store and the servers were just talking at the back have to go back and ask for my server to order something have to wait for 10min for the water not at all happy ... with that..! I haven't had East Side Mario's in probably 15ish years. Definitely did not disappoint. Our server, Carlos, very informative.. he answered all questions, and recommended so many delicious foods. He suggested ravioli soup, chicken parmesan for myself. And I've been disappointed with in the past for chicken parmesan and this ... was so good. Haven't been here in a while. Found out my sausage penne cannot substitute angel hair pasta. Super disappointed. Still pasta was perfect cooked and flavor was like I remembered. Garlic bread was warm and soft. Had the calamari but not sure what happened. Its too ... soft, did not have a crunchy crust or flavoring on the outside and texture of calamari feels like undercooked. Lasagna was perfect. And also was the chicken parmesan. Crust was crispy and chicken was soft. The Alfredo was but dry so was the sauce. It was clumpy. Would pass next time. Granted I came at 2 after the lunch rush. All said it was a good late lunch. Read more
