Pita Pit - Oakville, Ontario

Came here this afternoon for a pita with my girlfriend, we ended up getting two monstrosity’s of inedible food, their is no way they thought that the amount of sauce and avocado they put on would be acceptable. We ate the pitas less than 5 minutes after they were made ... and both of our pitas were soaked and soggy and tearing down the middle, on top of that the amount of sauce and avocado they put into the pita made it absolutely disgusting and we weren’t able to get through 1/4 of our pitas before feeling sick to our stomachs. Best Pita Pit in GTA! I am personally a huge fan of fan of Pita Pit. This location is the BESTTT. Staff is extremely friendly. Environment is clean and welcoming. As soon as we entered staff greeted us and took our order. While making our Pita she took her time ... and listened to what we asked for (which is rare these days now). I had veggie pita and she mentioned that I can get EXTRA CHEESE whenever I order garden veggie pita. OMG I have been to so many pita pits but nobody has told me this. She made sure my pita was worth every penny! The pita bread was fresh so does veggies. Over all experience was AMAZING. I am surely going to visit again. Best pita pit hands down! The pitas are delicious but the service is amazing. The guy behind the counter was basically doing it all and doing it efficiently too. We didn’t have to wait long but even if we did it would be easy to recognize that he was working ... hard and the wait was well deserved! We will be back! Read more

Today I went in to order two pitas, one for me and one for my husband. The girl making mine, let's call her Karen - wore gloved - GREAT! However when she wrapped my husbands pita she ended up with mustard and other sauces all over her gloves. She than ... continued to handle mine leaving mustard all over my pita, the wrapper and than the bag she handed me with them inside! (see picture) Congrats for wearing gloves Karen but if you get them filthy and continue to handle other things it defeats the purpose! Love love love this Pita Pit location! The food is always fresh and delicious :-) A healthy choice that's also super tasty!
