Awful service. Awful food. Awful pricing. What happened to this place??? Used to be an authentic pub with a nice old school feeling to it. They have now painted thick teal paint over the natural hardwood and serve unseasoned frozen burgers for $25. The dyi makeover and awful renovations should have been a ... red flag. -Food came incorrect. -Was told to read the menu when we asked what kind of wine they had "its right there" was the response -no two bite check so I was left sitting with a meal I didn't want for 20 minutes and didn't want to order something else to make everyone else wait.. so I ate the cold fries on the plate and was charged for them. UPDATE.... The restaurant contacted me in response to my review. They didn't have much to say except they would pass on my comments to the kitchen and hoped that my next order would be better. After spending $61.00 for food that I didn't even enjoy there definitely will NOT be a ... next time. But thanks for the reply anyway. I used to love the French I tion soup from this place but I ordered it the other night and there was hardly any cheese or croutons in the bowl. It was 90 percent broth. Plus the price had increased to 13 dollars....for broth ??? The steak sandwich wasn't very lean and it hardly had any gravy for dipping. So needless to say , this place was much better before and seems to be cutting portions and quality for the bottom line. The Royal Windsor Pub is everything a pub should be. Excellent and varied pub fare, lots of dark wood, and hospitable wait staff. I had the Guiness beef pie, and it was delicious. Rich, dark filling, and crisp light crust. We were there on a Tuesday for dinner, and it ... was not too busy. Prices are very reasonable. We will be back. Read more

Plaza was quite busy and made parking hard to find. Prime Burger was obviously brought in frozen, didn’t taste good. Always judge a place by how clean its public areas are. If they can’t keep them clean, do they keep the kitchen clean?! The bathroom has ceiling tiles water stained and dry, ... so not a fresh make. There is also quite the dust build up on vent. I think there is work to be done here. Read more
