The food is really amazing!!! My family really enjoyed it. The food was fresh and very tasty! The owner Mandy is very helpful and provides exceptional customer service. She went above and beyond to help me with a Uber Eats issue! We will definitely order again!
The food is really really good, but the last few times I've been my order has been missing entire items that I paid for. :( I wouldn't usually complain if it happened once, but it's been consistent.
What an absolute terrible experience. If these people could work any slower they would actually be going backwards. Waited over an hour for 2 simple orders 1 Gyro and 1 pork souvlaki dinner. After 30 minutes of waiting asked the lady behind the counter who was running the circus ... (owner) how much longer it would be and was told “we’ll tell you when it’s done”. Waited for 1 hour and 15 minutes before receiving food. Definitely felt discriminated (being white) as anyone with some Indian decent seemed to be taken care of right away soon as they asked how much longer their food will be. Moral of the story is what a terrible place and I will never return back. I hope this location actually closes down for good. Read more
This location hands down has to be the worst for this franchise. Tried to call multiple times and they don’t answer. Ordered through Uber app for pickup 3 chicken souvlaki dinners for take out. ETA for pickup was 45mins. Went to this location to pickup and still had ... to wait just under another hour for the food. Such a disappointment on service and quality of food. Damm that's great BBQ Chicken. I like it here. This is my 4th time here. There friendly nice people always ready to help u out choosing what to eat next. I ... always get the Solvoki screwers. They r by far have soo much flavor when eating. Than the sides go very well altogether. Most times waiting extra is worth it after. If u have the chance to try the chicken.
