McDonald’s - Oakville, Ontario

i went through the drive thru and ordered a nugget meal and a mcflurry. this is the second time i have had to go into the restaurant to ask for my mcflurry to be actually mixed , all my toppings were sitting on top ! i went in and asked for ... it to be mixed, the man helping looked confused. he eventually agreed to do it and it took five minutes. when i received it back i couldn’t see any pieces of cookie dough in my cookie dough mcflurry. I ended up requesting a refund, his response was he mixed it “really well”, I reiterated mixed well or not i see no cookie dough pieces. He continued to say it’s because it’s mixed well. When i got home i decided to dump it into a bowl . DOES THIS LOOKED “well mixed” to you ? Very poor customer service all around . do not recommend this location. unbelievable cleanliness. came here with friends to enjoy a nice meal and the whole restaurant is a complete MESS. food everywhere, sticky floors, papers everywhere, even in the play place. we were planning to sit and enjoy our meal, but wherever you turn, there is a sticky and dirty seat ... or garbage everywhere. do better. whoever was working the 2nd drive through window around 9:10 please fix your attitude. i ordered a mcdouble meal and they asked me what size drink i wanted and i said medium but they didn’t think to ask what size fries i wanted. when i looked in the bag and ... noticed it was a small i told the girl at the second window and all she said was “sorry”. how dense could your head be where you couldn’t think to charge the difference to the customer instead of saying “sorry” and closing the window. definitely not coming back to this location. customer service is a 0/10. hire smarter employees that can think of solutions instead of closing the window on the customer. Very poor service. Last time I was here. I ordered a black coffee, I was the only order on the board (order 220, at 8:56pm) I waited for 7 minutes for a coffee. I watched the person who took my order, spend time talking to other workers, checking his phone, texting and ... than finally going to get my coffee (which was cold). Service is terrible. Read more

I paid for a large fries, this is what I get. Just got back without checking my order. ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE YOU DRIVE OFF!!! I try to avoid this one but was in the area and kids wanted something to snack on. Share this between 2 kids? Really? The crying ... and frustration afterwards is not worth it. Read more
