Sunlight Grill - Oakville, Ontario

I've been to this location a number of times and they have delivered exceptional food everytime. And the portions are huge. Highly recommend this breakfast location for great food and service. A big thank you to Peter and Josie for the detective work! 😉

Sunlight grill is the perfect place for Breakfast! Atmosphere is great, service is wonderful and food is delicious. My server was Montana and she was wonderful! Always very cheerful, attentive. Highly recommend coming here with your family or even solo!

We love Sunlight Grill! The food, the service, the prices are all great! We quickly became regulars and although we moved out of town we make every possible excuse to come that we can! Josie & Peter and all the staff are great, can’t recommend Sunlight enough!!

I unfortunately can no longer support a pair of the most disrespectful owners I’ve ever seen. The old man owner shouted and screamed at a young female waitress in the middle of the restaurant, the waitress was visibly shaken and apologized and he continued to berate her in front of ... patrons and her colleagues. I approached the old female owner (I’m assuming his wife) asking if he always speaks to his staff this way, and that it was super inappropriate. She laughed at me and said “I’m sorry you feel that way.” Me and a lot of my friends loved this place, but we can’t continue to support the ownership. They should be ashamed and embarrassed. This was our second visit to Sunlight Grill and was just as memorable as the first! The staff members are incredibly friendly and accommodating, making you feel like part of the family. While the ambiance may be simple and a tad outdated, it's the perfect backdrop for enjoying traditional breakfast ... favorites.
