Customer service was good. The hotel itself was pretty gross. Needs a big renovation. The “Executive suite” was a bit of a joke. The living space was literally a piece of a couch with an ottoman put beside it to make up the other part of the couch. The “free ... breakfast” was literally a small muffin and a bottle of water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was simple but good. Waffles, bagels, weekend had sausages. Room is clean and spacious, I like that we had a separate area for couch, tv and kitchen. Parking was a bit sketchy, wished it was cleaner and more well lit. Tim's is right outside ... so it can be convenient but also made me nervous for my car. It turned to be fine though. Read more

We stayed for 1 week while visiting the Toronto area. The front desk attendants all of them were warm & welcoming each day. The outside of the building does have some wear. But when you go in the lobby its very nice. We stayed in a 1 bed king suite ... room. It was perfect for my son & I. A nice couch space area & a separate bedroom. The room was very clean. The bedding was comfortable the pillows were outstanding. The refrigerator worked great and kept all of our drinks cold. This place got our vacation experience off to the right start especially after 9 hours in the car. The breakfast was good each morning. My son enjoyed having me make him waffles using the waffle maker. The milk & cereal also tasted fresh. The pool was closed at the hotel which was a little upsetting. But we understood maintenance on a pool requires it to be closed sometimes. The parking was easy & very close to the front door. We would stay here again happily. Read more

The staff were very friendly and cheerful. They provided us with all the information we needed. We had a very nice, clean, spacious room on PH level. The hotel was in a quiet location and it was close to the GO STATION. The only downside was the hotel restaurant was ... closed at the time of our stay but there is a Tim Hortons next door for those that need their coffee and donut. I called the same morning I was due to check in and asked for an early check in. They found me a room and had it ready for me within an hour and I was able to check in by 7:45 am. They can't promise rooms will be available earlier ... than the same morning as it's dependent on people checking out early. So I was lucky and the staff were very kind and professional throughout my 3 day stay. The rooms were very clean. The carpet in my room needed replacement, maybe 10 years overdue in the room carpet. But the bed, linens and other furniture were in excellent condition and modern. I can highly recommend them. Well located, in Oakville. I will be returning. Great value too. Read more
