Normally, I order, collect, and consume, but last visit, I had cause to make a small complaint. Today, I met Jatinder, and it's probably the best customer service experience of my life. I ❤️ this Tim's.

I was at this location probably about 2:00 pm on Tuesday July 02 /24 I was trying to order a beverage and a donut from the individual at the counter.!, each time I started telling this person what I was wanting he kept interrupting me so I couldn’t tell him ... what I wanted to order. I wanted a small orange pekoe tea and a Boston Cream donut., each time I said small orange pekoe tea he kept asking how not letting me finish my sentence I said small orange peko tea to him 4 times before I got upset and left., I go to this location every day 7 days a week on my way to work.! Good Tim Hortons. This location makes better ice capps than others around the area. The line can get very long very quickly so that’s annoying but the ambiance of the small mall makes up for it I guess.

Definitely one of the busier Tims and service staff tries to keep up. Like other reviews have pointed out, sometimes the staff feels overwhelmed and may not look like it's exactly chop-chop. Nevertheless, I've always had good coffee, service, and food. The best part is that it is inside a food hall, ... so there is always ample seating and other food choices all around. Read more
