Came after a movie - it was approximately 9pm on a Tuesday. It was definitely busy inside and it seemed like only 1 server - he definitely tried his best but he had too many tables. Our food was delivered to the wrong table. Dessert tasted delicious though.

One of the best dessert places in the area, it's really unique and there's not really any other place quite like it. My crepe was amazing (Unbrulevable), and the service was great. I want to start this off by saying I visit this place at least once a week, and I have experienced both amazing orders, and completely incorrect orders. I'm giving them 3 stars because most of the time everything runs smoothly, but they still take a long time to package ... the food (uber pickup), and usually don't acknowledge you for a while when you walk in. They have messed up my orders a few times, and it's gotten to the point where I don't leave the parking lot without double checking first. I was once handed an order with a completely different name on it. I feel like this place is either a hit or a miss, and that will always change based on staff. I don't have photos of the good desserts I've gotten, but I attached photos of a crepe I once bought that was pretty messy. If I'm paying this much money for a crepe, I'd expect the strawberries to be cut correctly, instead of finding leaves and stems on more than one. Overall, the food is definitely delicious, but the service could be a bit better, and there are times when the food goes from delicious, to just unacceptable. I would like to point out one staff member in particular (I do not know her name, but I've never seen her in uniform so she's likely a manager). She is so sweet and kind, and the most genuine person there. She goes out of her way to help customers quickly, and definitely cares about your experience. Read more

We stopped by here to have a quick dessert before heading over to the movies. We were promptly greeted and seated, and as we looked through the menu, we settled on the milkshakes. The "Shake & Awe" is the most popular, so we ordered that and the Oreo one. Not going to ... lie, they both tasted great. However the one complaint I would have is that the straw is so small to really get a decent amount each time you take a sip of it. You're almost having to use vacuum level suction to get any of the milkshake.
