This was our 1st time at this location. We are big fans of Turtle Jacks. The food was very good and so was the atmosphere. Definitely recommend the bison burger. The service, not so much. Had to look for our server twice to refill drinks. Not the most pleasant server ... either. Read more

Disappointing lunch experience with companion while in the area. Terribly understaffed at the time. Lengthy wait for food delivery only to have it arrive overcooked (suspect too long under the lamps waiting for staff to deliver). Couple in booth next to us entered, was seated, and left after 15 minutes ... following no service. Restaurant was in disarray. Hopefully for future patrons of this establishment, what we experienced was an anomaly. Read more

I was here recently for dinner with a client. We both got the top sirloin, it was actually pretty bad. It was not cooked right and the steak itself was very hard. Not impressed

First thing first we loved the cosy ambience and wonderful service at Turtle Jack. The steak dish was perfect with amazing sauce and side of shrimp, this was from their limited time menu. Though the wings that we ordered were quite average. Neither the flavour nor the texture worked. The ... drinks were good but nothing extraordinary. I was hoping for a much better experience with the kind of price range but they definitely need to up their game.. Read more

Already took a bite before the picture because I was looking forward to this! I was impressed with their cocktails, the three cheese dip and the blackened basa fish. Fish was fresh and HOT, seasoning was on point, veggies were perfectly cooked. These days, quantity is everything and I was ... very satisfied with their portions!
