Today had the dining at Works Burger, and I can confidently say it was a dining experience like no other. The place looked busy, and the vibe felt great. So, we walked into the restaurant without reading the reviews, which we otherwise diligently do. Because looks can be deceptive—and were they? Absolutely! We patiently waited for over 40 minutes for our orders. People at other tables continued to get agitated, but ... we hoped the wait would be worth it. It wasn’t. Less-than-average burgers for which we ended up paying $60. They were dry, and to top it off, I ordered a vegan burger, but guess what? There was a strip of bacon on my plate. What if I wasn’t vegan? But never mind that. I hoped they would have a better day, and us too. It was a lesson learned, but what followed that night was extreme indigestion. I got sick and had an upset stomach. The patty was charred. If this continues, the place won’t stick around for too long. False hopes for other people, making a kid wait for his food. I thought it was an isolated evening until I read the reviews here. Time to pick up the service, quality, and so much more. At first, I came from a place of understanding, but when someone at another table complained about their food, the owner said, "It's the best they could do." I know this service isn’t intentional, but your customers don’t deserve this for having or showing faith in you. Do they? I hope you improve, and the reviews ahead prove me wrong. Wishing you luck! Deeply impressed with the burgers and service here. unlimited fries and generous helpings. Measuring cup drinks and a really relaxed atmosphere. The quality of the meat and the fries is well worth the visit. It's not the type of place you consider fast food ... either. It's a must visit place again for the cost of ordering at any old main chain fast food burger joint you get a quality meal and way better service and atmosphere! Read more

Burger was only ok, service was lacking. Took a while for someone to take our orders and half an hour to even get water. Witnessed the table beside me leave as they were ignored after being seated. Food was only ok. The lettuce bun was only 2 pieces of lettuce and the ... "weeds" side was just a lackluster salad put together. Buns soggy and patty dry on the meat burger. Definitely not worth the $50 price tag. Hero Certified or Five Guys would have tasted better. Read more

Food was just ok. I was hoping for fresh cut fries 🍟 or fresh crispy chicken. But it was like frozen heated stuff. Customer Service was good and fast!
